Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support carpenters and other trades as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Must pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic hand/power tool knowledge
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
