Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Assist skilled trades with equipment operation (concrete mixers, saws, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints/schematics for accurate task execution
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for early mornings and weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
