Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures per specifications
- Install and remove temporary scaffolding and safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized job site to meet safety standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
