Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (training provided)
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) as needed
- Complete daily project documentation and equipment checks
- Participate in team safety briefings and quality control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
