Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and marking layouts
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and installation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily site inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality (6 AM start times)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven surfaces
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the US
