Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled tradespeople with construction activities
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
