Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, cleanup, and safety compliance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites to prevent hazards and ensure efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
