Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades on construction sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment to designated areas
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to maximize productivity
- Complete daily logs and report site conditions to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
