Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Demolish structures and clear debris per OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Support concrete pouring and finishing tasks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Clear background check and drug-free
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in commercial/construction preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
