About the Role: As a Construction Laborer, you will be an integral part of our construction team, performing various tasks to support the completion of projects. You will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain valuable hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Clean and prepare construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.)
- Perform heavy lifting and other physical tasks as required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic understanding of construction safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
