Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Team player with positive attitude
