Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Maintain equipment and report safety hazards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support diverse projects from residential to commercial sites
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to background check
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Availability for 6am-4pm shifts, Monday-Friday
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
- Team player with positive attitude
