Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up zones
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols daily
- Maintain organized tool inventory and equipment
- Complete daily site inspections and hazard reporting
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with power tools and construction site etiquette
- Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
- Strong teamwork ethic and clear communication skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends when needed
