Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and debris cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, demolition, and finishing work
- Maintain a safe and organized job site following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Complete daily time logs and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass mandatory drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols
