Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades in carpentry, masonry, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical labor in varied conditions
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Complete daily timecards and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic construction tools (hammer, tape measure, work boots)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather
- Teamwork ethic and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition a plus
