- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, drills) under supervision
- Read and interpret basic construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible schedule including overtime/weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
