Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring tasks under night shift supervision
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Construct and install scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform material handling, inventory management, and site cleanup duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including carpenters, electricians, and welders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or equivalent vocational training
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions and variable temperatures
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Boston metropolitan area
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be available for flexible night shift schedules (6 PM - 4 AM)
