Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading equipment and supplies
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Support skilled trades with preparation, cleanup, and basic tasks
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Report safety hazards and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and daily work schedules
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- 18+ years of age required
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Team player with strong communication skills
