Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment

- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, masonry, and framing tasks

- Read and interpret basic construction plans

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
