Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/un construction materials and debris management
- Perform concrete work, trenching, and excavation support
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily safety checklists and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic hand/power tool experience required
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily on uneven terrain
- Team player with punctual attendance record
