Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and task support
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with daily attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Physical stamina to work 8+ hours in outdoor environments
