Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and ground leveling
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and digging
- Complete daily timecards and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Team player with strong work ethic
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
