What You'll Do: Assist with site prep, material handling, demolition, cleanup, and support skilled trades on high-profile DC projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation and cleanup duties
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Assist skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
- Maintain organized job site conditions
- Complete daily time sheets accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic tool knowledge (will train)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
