Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Load/unload heavy equipment and construction supplies safely using proper techniques
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) for excavation and demolition tasks
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task completion
- Perform physical labor including lifting up to 75 lbs and working in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours daily
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
