Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment (training provided)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Complete daily time logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
