Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and general site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
