Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work in varied conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammer, saw, measuring tape)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in hot/humid Florida weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
