Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and framing work
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Read blueprints and construction plans for task execution
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Louisville metro area
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
