Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, loading materials, and operating hand/power tools

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
