Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation and excavation activities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Assist skilled trades with construction tasks
- Complete daily timecards and safety reports
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for material measurements
