Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, shovels)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Follow verbal instructions from site managers and foremen
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Tampa Bay area
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- No felony convictions (background check required)
