Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites and report hazards promptly
- Operate machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper certification
- Complete daily timecards and follow supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
