Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain job site safety by following OSHA protocols and wearing proper PPE
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute tasks accurately
- Operate hand tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, forklifts)
- Ensure project cleanliness and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with team members to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or physical labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
