Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and establishing safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Read blueprints and interpret technical instructions
- Operate light machinery (compactors, trenchers) with proper training
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
