Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Site Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall hanging, painting, and concrete finishing.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and site-specific protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a professional standard.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required to commute to job sites.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
