Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and land clearing tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork
- Assist in equipment setup, operation, and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Physical stamina for outdoor/remote work
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
