Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and general labor.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials from trucks and job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools (pressure washers, generators) under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trash hauling, and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job site layouts.
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team structure.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
