Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing and preparing the area for building activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and obstacles.
- Assist Trades: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks to ensure work meets project specifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic construction safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Experience: Prior construction labor experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills in English.
