Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and setups.
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) safely with certification.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, drywall, or finishing work.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for the right attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety Certification (highly desirable).
