Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision in project execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades to support seamless project delivery
- Perform site preparation and demolition as required
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
