Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material setup and support
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized work site
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for precise project execution
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site security
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability for overtime and weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
