Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including digging, hauling, and cleaning job sites.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist skilled trade professionals with various tasks, such as framing, drywall hanging, or concrete pouring.
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks and organize them in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
