As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in bringing our projects to life. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and power tools safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation, grading, and concrete finishing.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and report any potential hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating quantities.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction labor experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude.
