Your Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and supplies on and off trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywalling, and roofing tasks.
- Keep construction sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, tamping, and leveling.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
