Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Operate hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, filling, and general cleanup.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are returned in good condition after use.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must have a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
