Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly.
- Perform digging, trenching, and general site preparation duties as directed.
- Measure and cut materials using hand and power tools.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
