Responsibilities
- Material Management: Accurately load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing work areas by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground for foundations.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools under the supervision of experienced crew leads.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including concrete pouring, framing support, and cleaning work zones.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools (hammers, drills, saws) and power tools.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Schedule: Availability to work full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.
