Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans.
- Transport materials to and from the work site as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
