Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, trenching, and leveling.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using hand trucks, forklifts, or dollies.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general labor tasks as directed by foremen or project managers.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
