Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction activities, ensuring projects proceed efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders when necessary.
- Participate in site preparation, including digging, tamping, and leveling.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
